Conditional Czech consent to the Polish Three Seas Initiative

Source: Demokratický střed (CZ) - The Three Seas Initiative is the flagship foreign policy initiative promoted by the current Polish government and President Andrzej Duda. Although it has been joined by twelve EU Member States ranging from Estonia to Bulgaria and its main supporters are Croatia and Poland, it is primarily a Polish project. Apparently, the initiative refers to the interwar Intermarium initiative, which was intended to unite the states between Germany and Russia in the interwar period under the leadership of Warsaw.
